We provide several shipping options for your convenience, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery location.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically within 5-7 business days (for domestic orders within the contiguous U.S.).
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days for an additional fee.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days for urgent orders.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout, and you will be able to choose the option that best suits your needs. Free shipping is available on select orders over a certain amount. Please check our Promotions section for ongoing offers.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) may not be processed until the following business day.
  • Handling Time: Once your order has been processed, we will ship it as quickly as possible, typically within the stated shipping timeframes.

Please note that orders placed during holidays, weekends, or promotional events may experience slight delays.

  • International Orders: Delivery times for international orders depend on the destination country and customs processing. International shipping may take anywhere from 7-21 business days. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do offer shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. However, certain shipping methods (such as expedited or express) may not be available to these addresses.
  • Oversized Items: Some large or heavy items may require special shipping arrangements or incur additional shipping fees. If this applies to your order, we will notify you prior to processing.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging your products, but accidents can happen during transit. Please retain the packaging and take photos of any damage for our records.

8. Shipping Address Changes

We will do our best to assist you, but please note that changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been shipped.
